You must not share your login details with any third party. swerte9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). swerte9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination. swerte9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that swerte9 deems harmful to the Platform or its players.
Never share your swerte9 login credentials with anyone. swerte9 support staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact swerte9 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. swerte9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. swerte9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on swerte9 is ₱ 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. swerte9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱ 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. swerte9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. swerte9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. swerte 9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. swerte9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the swerte9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). swerte9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. swerte9 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱ 50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by swerte9 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Eligibility. swerte9 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, after all applicable wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal. The bonus amount itself will be deducted from any withdrawal request.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swerte9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
10.2 swerte9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swerte9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 swerte9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. swerte9 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swerte9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 swerte9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the swerte9 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 swerte9 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law, including disclosures to PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

12.1 swerte9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, swerte9 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
